Medication deliveries

Decree-Law No. 307/2007, of August 31, Administrative Order No. 1427/2007, of November 2, and Decree-Law No. 128/2013, of September 5, establish that the delivery to the public of Prescription Medicines (MSRM) and Non-Prescription Medicines (MNSRM) may only be carried out by pharmacy staff at the pharmacy’s premises or at the patient’s home.

Home delivery of medications is limited to the municipality where the pharmacy is located and to neighboring municipalities.
